I agree and for that reason I did email them to ask nicely why no PR to at the minimum give some form of update.... even though we are close to the conference call.... and here was the response:
..."Due to the pending litigation there will be no such communication"
At least that is until there is some form of "material" event after NY/Boston meetings or partnering talks... etc...etc... conference call here soon so they better have our backs at that point
