Reasons they would not announce a closed deal right away:
-internal communications or reasons on purchasing company's side (courtesy on product-sellers side to wait) -waiting on more than one deal to announce concurrently
that's just off the top of my head. I can't presume to know how the day to day businesses are operating. GDGI has their own reasons for doing what they do.
