I wasn't too happy about it either and I don't know what you mean by touting. I just copy and paste PR's and I'll get to the financials when they come..... XCHC just opened it's doors in Q4....
The auditor is gone now... And he did renew his license in 2011... although it has no bearing on the current company functions.
That's what happens when you file with the SEC... No monkey business allowed... Even if it was before your time as captain of the ship....
Now we'll see if XCHC can start selling some product.... only around 40 mil O/S... It will be a good trade if all goes well.... If they start cranking up the presses I'll move on... simple as that....
This company has just as much potential as any other... if their market cap follows all the other 100 milly pot plays it will trade at 2.00 easy... If not then oh well...
If you timed your entry here good you are sitting on a 300%+ gain right now..... not saying it will not go back there but it looks to me like the party is just getting started.
