I don't think we have been bought yet. No one is going to pay 96 mil for this company. The only way there is a sale is the way CPI bought PCA. First the company has to file bankruptcy and then the sale happens ant a reduced price. PCA owed over 200 mil and sold for 82 mil. CPI had no involvement until the bankruptcy and didn't actually take over until it was approved by the bankruptcy judge. I think everything that's happening now is the company trying to keep the boat afloat until they have someone who agrees to this type arrangement. For a while we were hearing allot about a potential buyer but a haven't heard anything for a few weeks.
