I have been waiting for this to happen. Now we are lining up the company for new investors to understand this firm with the new name and symbol.
Next step would be listing on Nasdaq

There were rumors concerning a hong kong listing as well, any clarity on that rumor?

If ebig can contribute the way its business model was suppose to , I think the merger makes sense since cbmg needs financing help as well as funding that could come from ipo listings.
