His track record on that other company is pretty good actually. He reduced the AS and OS in TGG* ! And he said he would do the same in a PR for $CYBK. That precedent tells me Chris Clarke does what he says. Since he is the largest shareholder of common stock, the reduction of the OS is a great move for investor confidence. Companies reduce their OS and AS when they are confident in the increasing cash flow into their company from increasing revenues and profits, that is what we have here with CyberThingy !
