SIAF has to insure the water supply for all of its operations remains uncontaminated or the whole "organic" branding will fail.

Their recirculating tanks are designed based on a RAS patent that includes filters (I believe near the inlet) that ensures that the water is filtered every time it enters the tanks. That makes their water superior to any non-RAS system or aquaculture in natural ponds. The more Chinese are aware of how dirty their other "organic" food is, the more they will floc to SIAF products.
