Tenants of the CT are from the advice of MLV to protect a broad range of actions on the part of LBSR which could if in the public domain become very damaging in scope to LBSR and prospectives. So that any prospect would also come under the protection by default of the CT and could freely peruse possibilities with LBSR. Hence the umbrella covering and fencing the commercial activities of LBSR, in a nutshell! Not that i dont think you know this but it helps to know scope and motive and source of action and reasons for same (mlv).
