According to the latest filing there are 3.4 billion outstanding with 2 billion restricted and owned by the CEO. These numbers have not changed for a long time. Almost 60% of the shares outstanding are not tradeable.

What I find interesting is that with 1.4 billion tradeable the stock has not traded over 40 million shares in a day since early 2012:

What else I find interesting is that the average volume per day in 2011 was only 4.2 million, 2012 10.9 million and so far in 2013 only 7.4 million.

For a stock with such a large tradeable float it's locked in some pretty tight hands, those daily average figures do not show a stock with such a large float. When McHenry brings the news shortly and we get a 50 million day (none since early 2012) this thing will run to pennies imo.

I am doing some DD this weekend and may have found some ties to possible VoIP partners. Will not post until I have more concrete info.
