Yes, interesting find here.
I am looking for the full share structure though. Hopefully will get time to dig around today or tonight sometime. I did request the stockcharts listing as I saw it missing from there last night.

I do see that you reference low float. Do you actually know what the SS is and if so, could you send it to me. I've looked around Scottrade and do not find anything of substance as far as filings or news or anything. I suspect, realize, that you have found other information supporting an interest, but if it is going to run, there has to be some substance coming to light.
