Monanrch thanks for supporting my supposition /The $70 a share will be what is paid by xyz for about 25-30% of aria the real payoff is five years from now after the Standstill Agreement Expires..I have been a lone voice on this ,Even now with the Pros saying similar things there are people on this message board who are in denial,the new execs love aria likely have a Golden Parachute..civic08801
