Effective January 10, 2013, the board of directors of the company engaged Anton & Chia, LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm to audit the company's financial statements for the company's current fiscal year.
It looks like they are real busy, I can see why filings are being delayed. They probably took on all of John Kinross-Kennedy accounts. They may just be swamped this time of the yr. All IMO. GO DUSS
