Well XCHC claimed in a PR that they acquired Phytiva from CBIS but no where in any of either companies filings does it show where they made any deal regarding Phytiva. Also, no 8K has been filed regarding the recent deal with CBIS regarding the JV with the Canadian Native tribe.

Does CBIS still own Phytiva or does XCHC own it?

to answer your question from the other board, it is glaringly obvious that XCHC and the other companies that were being audited by Hatfield had no idea that they were not licensed.

When all is said and done I think that XCHC will get some damages awarded to them from Hatfield. I have found no signs of collusion between the two.

XCHC was basically a shell company until they did the deal with CBIS so it's good to get this all cleared up now if they plan on starting a revenue stream...
