The reverse split is only coming if shareholders approve it. I, for one, will not be giving my approval without an operational pilot plant. If we approve the RS without anything to show for it, we may as well just grab our ankles, in my opinion. That 's why it is essential that everybody vote their shares. Not voting is the same as voting yes, since the company will vote your shares if you don't. It is definitely put up or shut up time for this company.
