I have yet to see in any actual filings where Phytiva was actually sold to XCHC. The only filing by either company only show a contract for the sale of the Dupetit JV. No where does it show that Phytiva was sold to XCHC, unless I am missing something. The PR's say they sold it, but the 8K that was filed doesn't mention Phytiva. So does CBIS still own Phytiva? Also, where is the 8K for the Canadian Native deal?
