I am long ILNS and hope we will do well, but I have to say that the shareholder letter appeal calling out "a few shareholders who for some reason are not invested in the long-term growth of the company" is one of the most pathetic things I have ever read (and I have bee around iHub for 10 years, so that is saying something!).
Either management cut them a deal where those shareholders gain a mathematical advantage by selling/converting, or there is no "locked in profit" situation but those shareholders are not convinced of the long term prospects of the company.
Clearly Chain has a few individuals in mind. If the story is so good, he should be able to convince some other, more friendly long term players to put up enough to buy the bad guys out.
Do it. Don't waggle your finger at a few unnamed individuals and blame them for the stock not moving.
