MMs can manipulated PPS, but we longs can do it too for this low float stock. Today I did it, raise the bid with MMs many times, finally I bought it at the ask $3.89, then other buyers follow to buy it at ask 4,4.20, 4.40.... Norm and Wang can do buy back stock if they believe EBIGD is very undervalued. They just need spend $200,000 to buy back stock, PPS will be up to $10+ easily.
