Less than a month after FN trading commences, the company announces 2012 results, showing to a new audience that earnings are well above current pps.

Actually it will be hard for them to list before the 10k comes due unless they are fast. Let's say we need 4 weeks from now to list there, usually there is always some delay of a few days at least. Then we have the third week of march. They have until the end of march to file the numbers. It would be quite helpful if we would be already fully trading in Sweden once they release the 10k. IMO

Maybe just my bent, but all the technical stuff happens against a back drop of fundamentals.

Yes I agree. First and foremost this is a story stock. TA is coming way behind that. I just like to use it in combination to my fundamental investing. I just look at basics, in the last few months it actually would have helped a lot to watch SIAF closely in terms of TA and all the lower highs and all this stuff. But overall the story is what makes or breaks the company of course. Totally agree.

If my calendar is correct, I think we may see the 2012results published a week max after the FN listing. I am even hopeful to see them a few days before the first day of trading to give our promoters and PR guys in Stockholm something to brag out!
