Those shares can also be given as payment with some conditions and qualifications to consultants or advisors. They can also be "gifted" by a employee to family members.

obviously,,,,they get most of their income from selling shares...but their income increases with PPS increases...so they will make more money with a better performing company..where the stock corresponds with profitability...so if they can convience the major shareholders that they are dedicated to doing what it takes to increase BOPD..and cut cost...and become profitable ..it will make them money as well as shareholders.....and it remains to be seen if they mean what they say about being more open to shareholders...and doing all the things they are saying and actually increase BOPD......and i am pissed at how long it took them to fess up about Belize...but they do make a good point...an expensive seismic study does guarantee sucess...and they explained the reasoning behind drilling san juan 3...they had a very good Q&A and CC i thought...only time will tell if they are sincere...and if their plan will work...or if they mean what they say about shareholders....everyone should know more in a couple of months....im looking forward to seeing the results...

If they were making a couple hundred barrels a day in Belize like they wanted everyone to think was going to happen then yeah I could see how they would reward themselves with that...no biggie.

What all do we have here? A lot of contradicting statements and figures, unanswered questions, we get thrown some pictures here and there and go oooo aahhhhhh.
