I strongly disagree, yes we have seen mega challenges, but I firmly believe that the outstanding litigation will be resolved in Worthington's favor, given Volks successful track record in previous litigation.

With the new accounting firm, which is an upgrade from previous, I have every reason to believe that this company has turned the corner back to a profitable corporation.
