If the issue is sabotage...and it ocurred in georgia(russia) or india...how do people get "caught"?...it is the perfect crime if this is what actually happened...imo...r

Anybody who ever wants to buy an individual stock should read that report. It is astonishing the degree to which some will go.

I read it while I pulled up a 10yr chart. That way I could follow all the nonsense. I remember alot of those "hollow" companies (GENR), but had no idea that where scams.

One positive...at least we seem to be of the company that they want to manipulate as opposed to one of the scam companies. I know, small concession.

Question: How do some companies break free of the strangle hold of hedge funds/shorts' manipulation (PCYC / JAZZ)? My initial thought is to partner up. The BP can offer a shield. Would like to here other opinions....TIA

Sounds like a firm working against the stock and/or company to me. I was eyewitness to the DNDN story before coming to PPHM. It's very familiar discussions, counterpoints, characters, stock movements, etc. The money is good, but the game is what drives them.

So one of the big shots who was part of the beating of DNDN shows up for his first time swing at PPHM. Funny who would have thought that? I should have mentioned this to CK... Oh yes I did. This is exactly what I was talking about in this post. I bet this article is getting tweeted five times an hour today and for several days. Then another AF clone will rewrite it add the worsd scam, placebo and wasting money and it will get on another or the same site. PG

I have been thinking the group who attacked DNDN or a group with a similar plan has been working against PPHM for a long time.

They have a five to ten writers on different web sites like thestreet.com, seekingalpha, the fool and others. They have several doctors or medical writers many with agendas for other drugs supporting them. They have four or five dozen twitter accounts and message board aliases bombarding all the boards to spread their negative angles and stories.

They were planning on PPHM running to a very high price like DNDN say $15-$25.00. Then they were going to take huge short positions smart after a huge run anyway knowing the errors would be found by a potential partner or the FDA or expose the errors themselves somehow that they set in place and let it spread like wildfire.

The only problem is PPHM found the fraudulent purposeful errors (SABOTAGE) and reported the problem before the price had run to a great amount. The 80+% price drop started at $5.40 instead of three or four times that amount.

Many or maybe most of the bloggers, Twitter users and writers are not even aware of the level of coordinated fraud they are a part of. What they know their group makes them good money a few times a month or huge money a few times a year. Why do you think so many of the past few years negative articles have looked like amateur rewrites of AF and his crews articles. Thats what they were and then the are also tweeted a few hundred times. You say it enough an most will believe it. Not to mention the fact most drugs fail on their own making your chances of being correct very very high.

Everyone knows there has been fraud at thestreet.com everyone here has seen Crammer admitting to outright lying to make a profit. This is just taking it one step further to insure the trial will fail even though most fail anyway.

My big question is who will go to jail and when will we all read it in the WSJ and see it on the nightly news. They pretty much got away with DNDN I think this time they are caught. Sabotaging cancer patients with their last hope for a longer life. I hope you all rot in hell after your long prison sentences.
