Like I've been saying for months.Patents are AMBS's money down the road.Finding money that doesn't ask them to give those patents away is what they are trying to accomplish at present..A business squeeze play is floating around is my guess. Vultures..Corporate raiders..Like our Banks that love driving you into debt, then call in their loans in an attempt to take all your assets thinking you will not be able to find replacement money..All elementary stuff and really I don't have much use for some of the speculative conversations taking place in here these days.
Anyone with a basic understanding of business knows exactly what AMBS Management is trying to do and the problem is finding a partner that will be a team player, not one that will attempt to take all the credit for the implications MANF and the other IP related material they have in regard to PD and Alzhimer's testing..I'm sure AMBS could sell out tommorrow.But to do so leaves them questioning themselves as to what to do next as the company they wanted to create and run would become the property of another who would of course try to insinuate they are the one's responsible for all the hard work...I have a name for types like that but it would not be appropriate for me to state what that is..
