I just got off the phone with Paul. My assumption was not correct. He says, "there is no possible way any company could guarantee hadkproofing or cover the lability from a "HACK. His claim is that he will guarantee the performance of his product only. Specifically, the platform, encryption, and tracking will perfrom as specified in each customized contract/application with each customer.
