Rainer never wanted outsiders putting up cash, he imo had his own peeps. He could have also sold sales slowly on the market when the pps was in the pennies instead he went right to his pipeline and used his crew for little loans like 40k dollars and in return his buddy got over 430 MILLION SHARES !!! HOW CRAZY IS THAT????? How many of these loans got out there??? He knew all along that investors were going to pay for EVERYTHING. If he would have sold the shares on the open market, the money trail would have been very easy to follow, but... by taking a bunch of small loans and paying back huge returns..... everybody wins but the common investor.
