CP, if I understand the call option dynamic you are describing, some party may have acquired 2 million shares at pricing at a small premium to what we were seeing in trading over the last few weeks without needing to reveal their intent or risk that the acquisition would drive up the pps during the acquisition. That carries parallels to taking out stops to acquire shares through a surprise pps move, except in this case, it is the option writers that get their position in PPHM scooped up. Why 2 million shares? Perhaps, that is all the calls that writers were willing to put at risk or maybe, all the shares they had?
Interesting.
Best wishes and IMO.
