That is a great point. Cereplast Mgm't can't possibly believe that the share price/shareholders would support them funding their new subsidiary with mass dilution.....they all deserve to be out of a job if that is their goal...
Either a partnership/JV is all but announced or they have been having some success on the revenue front they have not made a PR about yet.
Or both....
Both are very bullish, I probably won't be in this long enough to see it play out
