Fred, that would be nice, but I don't see it happening.

I've not seen any penny stocks who don't report pay a dividend. Might be some, but I've not seen them.

UGSI needs to become "bona vide" by reporting. Until then, it is nothing but a crap shoot of an investment (even though I hold a bunch of its shares). Reporting will allow us to see where its revenues come from and of course its debt levels, etc.

I like UGSI (based on what I "feel" about it - not see), but for now its just a day to day (or in my case year to year) dream.
