well 10-K could be filed at any time.
they have until mid March but as Rauber wants to look like a NASDAQ company may try to show they can get results out in big exchange timeframes.
last quarters were early by a few days why not surprise us all with Annual result weeks early?
Cannot imagine any other news as he seems intent on being dark in that respect.
