Have you read the PR from the transaction between SPHE and Powell Group?

it is obvious from that PR that Powell group bought a subsidiary Spearhead Canada from SPHE. They didn't purchase SPHE itself.

So SPHE is NOT at all related to the Powell Group nor is SPHE related to Spearhead Canada.

So the success of the Powell Group and Spearhead Canada in the due diligence posted here provides NO value to SPHE shareholders.

SPHE has NO operating business as best as I can tell.
