Right now he has really NO CHOISE. The continuance of the FAILING (LOL) business he (LOL) SAPX can only kept alive by STOCK DILUTION. So no R/S till another 170M shares get DUMPED. Then the needed R/S to start again till that finally FAILS and a forced BK7 closes that ATM on him. Many have done it. But they all come to an END.
FRACTIONAL PENNY FLIPPING IS ALL THATS LEFT HERE no matter what PH releases.
