Actually you're right - I was confusing AQLV's 10-Q with another scam I follow which did have the wrong date, and where the figures didn't add up. Sorry.
It remains the fact that the 10-Q is unaudited, the Verity "acquisition" destroyed the balance sheet because its liabilities far exceeded its assets, and that the accounts don't pass the Benford's Rule sniff test.
But I was mistaken about the specific errors I alleged concerning the date and the O/S.
