I've been holding this since buying them in mid-2011. Sice then its been a roller-coaster, but it has never even come close to break-even.

I cannot comprehend why this company keeps getting itself entangled with new debt issues even as one is resolved. According to numbers in yahoo finance site, its revenue and cash holding seems huge. So why does it still suffer perpetual losses and is always in trouble with its loans? Trading of its shares on Nasdaq is miniscule as well.

Could you enlighten what's really wrong with thie company? Is this all the work of Zisser? Thanks.
