To me (and a number of us), it's obvious that the Fed is slowly backing away while maintaining order. They will allow the States to figure it out until proper Fed legislation is passed to open the sector on the national level.
MJNA and Dixie have been taking each step with the sector growth, setting up shop in each new market.
These guys are selling tons of Dixie products and setting a standard in the industry. It really is a bit unfortunate that so much exciting stuff has been getting lost in this storm. Yet, this too shall pass.
I have to admit that during all this recent drama, that the critics fail to discuss any of the other directors, product quality, distribution potential, close work with both the State and Fed, medical benefits, etc. Instead they are driving fear based on wild assumptions.
