Because no matter where he sells he makes money. They call it toxic for a reason.

They could give two rips about company or investors. All they care about is volume and money flow at any price point.

Clearly he either is inexperienced or lazy and not even willing to support the paper clearing with a budget or promo to offset the shares.

I have posted this he last couple of days...

Pretty standard play for big sellers, they load the bid at the lowest to make it look like it has support so suc**** go on on buying hoping on a rebound, since there is not much volume, they will keep the ask loaded but not too much so it looks like is getting thin just to load it again with another chunk. Remember they have to get rid of hundreds of millions of shares no other way to do it without crashing the PPS and taking it to NO BID.
Wait until they are done selling and you will see all that bid dissapear on thin air.
Of course it would help if a PR is issued to help dump whatever is left.
