it is a step up, an improvement, what is the next step up on that list of tiers?
watch for it the CEO has made it clear more improvements to come as more is reported.
the FACT that he made the first step up n improved the the Tier shows us he is workin on it. remember he is the NEW CEO of expu n has done quite abit already. so far no reasons to doubt him.
