Ok I promise this is the last time I mention this-

But if this is true

"As far as the reason that I've heard as to why to TA was 'gagged' is: Because of the massive amount of phone calls he was receiving, demanding to know the share count and structure...He was ready to Quit because of this, and the Company likes him the job he is doing for them, and didn't want to see that happen...Plus, he's been a very busy guy organizing this buy back..."


Why not have the company issue a press release for everyone to see- with the official share count as of 11/15/05-- then everyone has it and neither the t/a or the company has to worry about answering it .? OK that's it- I'm done-- hope you can see my point and concerns. Good luck !!!
