Stipulation? Am I missing something? This last court hearing was about the BDE Discovery, I was under the impression the stipulation was in regards to BDE? I don't think the SEC would approve the plan in place, which is Momspot, which we haven't had a opportunity to vote on yet. I'm not sure if we are understanding these filings. Plus the 2% has nothing to do with Momspot , for the few that are questioning this.
