IMO, the bottom line is that we're at the bottom of the food chain. Regardless of anything else going on objecting their offer will only delay the outcome which will have the same result or worse.
If you read those pages Old H posted starting at 121 the stipulation and forcing them to pay for the ongoing investigation defense. That's the way i read it anyway.
This is only my opinion based on what I know about the system.
