You have to train staff (if you have any) and customers that it is a one per family deal. We can bend the rule and give this time but they need to wait however long to get next freebie. Does say one per family on flyer. Guess I am lucky that most of my sittings don't try to get just freebie. I have never really let them get all the time. We were always told to go with 30 days or once a promotion. We will even look someone up in SAS to see when they were in but again if they spend money doesn't really matter. Weeded out some of the never spend a dime ever people at other locations that way. Prefer sales to just a sit anyway.
