Yes, p-values are not necessary to go to phaseIII. However, it is now becoming clear to me that the strategy was one double blinded in 2nd line lung with an outside shot at stat sig (Doce was most synergistic chemo in earlier trials) even if we had to combine 1mg and 3mg arms. Use the unblinded trials in pancreatic and frontline as support in an effort to move 2nd line lung to the FDA for Accelerated Approval.
As it relates to AA, I believe the p-value is probably important and in this regard, the descrepencies by CSM may have cost us.
