WRONG, the initial 100MM Series E Shares, of which 60MM are OWNED by WSRA don't just magically disappear. They must either be bought back by GDSM at the par value GDSM assigned (.01) or they are still in the hands of WSRA waiting to be converted and sold with a 15:1 conversion rate, similar to the 4MM a long forgotten poster was given for a $50K check some months ago.

At the very least there are 156MM Series E Shares available now, and based on the many lies from GDSM, my opinion is that the remaining 40MM from the initial 100MM are hidden somewhere for dumping at a later date.

If you look at the 3rd Quarter Filing, they are listed there.

Perhaps you should take a moment a re-read the 3rd QF to better understand how many of these shares are still available.

Either way, if there are 100MM more shares, that's 1.5B more Common Shares on top of the 2B GDSM just raised the A/S to. Over 3.5B shares now.

Diluted SCAM, nothing more.
