Yes they have and often. The SEC is the 2nd most corrupt inept government agency. Second only to the lowly IRS.

They jump on false information provided by corrupt lying whistleblowers and investigate later. This was one of the biggest miscarriages of justice I've ever seen.

Jeff Reid will be cleared of any wrongdoing and will uplist and flourish on the pinks and above.
