You're forgetting that they already had 100MM issued from 2009, 60MM of which WSRA supposedly owned, of which 4MM were sold, converted to 60,000,000 Common shares and dumped into the market.

That leaves 56MM with WSRA, then 40MM left from the initial 100MM, and now they have ADDED another 100MM to the foray.

That's 196MM Series E Shares if my math serves me correctly. Multiply that by 15:1 ratio and there is still nearly 3B more shares to increase the A/S by, on top of the 2B they just did.

Think about it. What happens when the original 100 million are converted to common and they create 100 million more?
