I agree with you that it is a stretch to say that "many well known celebrities already call Punch TV home" unless you want to say that Steve's Hollywood film promotion interviews qualify (he apparently interviewed Olivia Wilde last week and she is absolutely top shelf in my book!!!!!!)
Nonetheless, I think it noteworthy that both events seem like they are very much going to happen and I think they are encouraging. There are a LOT of scams in the pinks (and anybody that puts money there should take extreme caution)....but I don't remember any pink holding a real shareholder meeting in my experience. Moreover, I find it difficult to imagine any CEO sticking his neck out like this if he knows he is delivering a crappy annual filing only weeks before. Frankly, I think it is marginal given the performance of the stock over the past year. He has plenty of despondent shareholders today... I wonder what he expects will change by April?
