FWIW, I have great deal of respect for Kevin DeNuccio. Unfortunately for him, he arrived on the scene just in time to inherit dealing with recapitalization. To his credit, he stayed focused on the ball and made retention of their top notch engineering team a top priority. Also, as ugly as the great fall was, he managed to get through it and still have something for the common stockholders. Now, it wasn't much, but most times common holders get nothing in a bankruptcy.
