Flip around a core, that's my strategy. Usually with a stock like CIRC I buy 2 million shares. I flip 1 million and hold the other million 'just in case'. Usually those held 1 million become free trading shares quickly.

All should hold some here 'just in case' a settlement is reached, it's been very quiet, and perhaps the judge is holding off her ruling because the parties have communicated that a settlement is near.
