With penny stocks they tend to make up there own rules and clean up the mess later or not clean up the mess... Im still here but they are only as good as their word and right now they haven't done anything in a year and a half except change a couple staff members and film a tv spot nobody has seen

This company is very good about making all required filings. If there are any insider buys or sells we should see Form 4 filings made. They also keep the DDCC website very up to date and list all SEC filings there too.
