A/S was raised to 130M shares in December. As of end of year we had 100 O/S (maxed out A/S of that time), what we have now is anyones guess, the 130M A/S is already in effect so they can dilute more if they wish to. One has to note that the VWAP is terribly low now and Solomon would be diluting for unreal PPS, I guess we are in 40s already with VWAP (maybe RD could help, he kept a count in his Excel file).
