If this concerns BRGO you are not going to find it on this list. Only CNS Exits/Trade for Trade designations and Suspensions of all DTC Services are found here as they are the only "public" notifications by the DTCC.

DWAC Chills are not publicly disclosed and are only found out through TDA and brokers that use Apex Clearing who will not allow trades or sells only.
