I don't think so- I think the O/S goes down by the same ratio- but the A/S stays the same. I could easily be wrong

it is also worth pointing out that during an RS the stuck will shut down for 3 trading days. And it is a SAFE speculation depending on the company the stock will TANK when trading resumes.
